Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados and scoop out a little extra to make room.
