Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets (such as snapper or tilapia)
  • 1/2 cup crushed macadamia nuts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat fish fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip each fillet in beaten egg, then coat with crushed macadamia nuts.
