This plant is a seedling, 2-3 years from flowering. Champaka, or Joy Perfume Tree, with orange / yellow flowers, is regarded as one of the most sacred trees of India and tropical Asia. Its flowers exude a divine fragrance that is exceedingly pleasing to the Gods... and women!

White champaca - these grafted plants start blooming right away! The white flowers of this variety have more delicate fragrance than regular Golden Champaca, and the more slow-growing and compact tree is better suited for pot growing.
Magnolia alba, also known as White Champaka, is a rare and highly fragrant hybrid perfume tree with creamy white blooms that release a sweet, fruity bubble gum scent - just like its parent, the Golden Champaka. Unlike Golden Champaka, which takes years to flower from seed, Magnolia alba is a sterile hybrid propagated by grafting or air-layering, allowing it to bloom early, even when still small. The white flowers have a more delicate fragrance compared to the richer scent of the yellow Champaka, and Alba is also a more reliable bloomer. However, it is less cold tolerant than its golden counterpart. With its compact, upright growth and slower pace, Magnolia alba is perfect for containers or smaller landscapes - yet still offers the luxurious fragrance that has made Champakas world famous. A must-have for collectors and perfume tree enthusiasts alike.

Red Wrightia. This rare species of wrightia is not fragrant, but flower is an amazing starfish! Flower is about 2" wide and looks waxy, almost artificial. The plants can be grown as a small tree or shrub. Cold sensitive.

Rare Tree Calliandra, Powderpuff - large size shrub or small tree, similar to calliandra calothyrsis, but flowers open fully. One of the biggest calliandra flower.

New exciting variety of Dipladenia (Mandevilla) with deep-red-vine color, petals are narrower than regular dipladenias. Flowers turn pale-lavender as they age. Very showy, a must have for exotic flower collection. This variety has compact and bushy habit, can be successfully grown in pot.

Popcorn Cassia, Peanut Butter Senna - A shrub or small tree producing golden-yellow flowers with a distinct scent of peanut butter that open from brown buds in late summer and autumn. Also called Popcorn Cassia, because it smells like fresh cooked, buttered popcorn when you run your fingers through the leaves and then smell. It blooms beautiful large clusters of sunny yellow flowers.

Japanese Fern Tree. Nice shade tree, very dense evergreen crown. Leaves are unusual shape, resembling those of ferns.

Philippine violet. Grows into a shapely shrub with minimal pruning. The purple trumpet-shaped flowers openin in terminal clusters. This is an easy-to-grow shrub, about 3ft height, which can be used for a garden hedge or tightly clipped into geometrical shapes. Takes both sun and shade, it requires some more sun to flower profusely and occasional pruning to promote bushy growth.

Blue Plumbago, Cape Leadwort. Unusual blue color for tropics! Blooms all year round with denser blooms from March to November. Plumbago is popular in both tropical and sub-tropical gardens because of its delicate blue flowers, it is seen often as a low plant used for hedges. It tolerates both drought and poor soil, grows best if it is heavily pruned from time to time, even cut back to the ground.

Fish Poison Tree. This curious plant grows in sand or sand-mix with lots of water and sun. The stem will reach for up to 60Ft, and the flowers are white. What seems to be a caudex is just the large nut which will disappear by time. The young leaves are a beautiful bronze with pinkish veins. Old leaves turn yellowish. The flowers are delightful puff balls of white stamens tipped with pink. They open at night and attract large moths and nectar-feeding bats with their heavy scent.

Chaa-plu, Vietnamese Pepper, Lalot,Wild Betel. Eaten raw in salads or cooked with other greens or dishes, or wrap meats and cook in oven or on stove or grill. It is used medicinally in India and South China as well as Indonesia for feverish diseases, for digestive disorders, and toothache, to treat pain in the bones. Bailey's Marvel mango is a classic Florida variety often compared to Haden - but improved. It offers the same rich, traditional mango flavor with less fiber, making it smoother and more enjoyable to eat. Firecracker fern, Coral plant. Bright red flowers. Low-growing shrub, distinctive for its long, drooping, usually leafless stems and the almost continuous clusters of small tubular flowers. Each plant produces many branches and is particularly effective when grown in a raised bed or rock garden so that the flower-laden stems hang down. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. Russelia will grow under both moist and dry conditions, but requires full sunlight and occasional pruning to flower well.
