What to do with a lot of Jackfruit: Jackfruit BBQ Sliders recipe

Ingredients:

  · 2 cups ripe jackfruit, shredded (remove seeds)
• · 1 cup barbecue sauce
• · 1 small onion, finely chopped
• · 1 tablespoon olive oil
• · 6 slider buns
