HELP! Too many Papayas - any recipes?

🆘 HELP! Too many Papayas - any recipes?

🍊Papaya invasion! From Florida freeze to a truckload of papayas in just 8 months!
Florida's record winter freeze damaged our Papaya trees. So we started over, planting tiny seedlings in March.
And look at them now! By November, they're loaded with HUGE papayas - so many that one tree even fell over under the weight of its fruit!

🍊Now we have a new problem: What do we do with ALL these papayas?
Some are ripe, some are still green. We're giving them away, making Thai Green Papaya Salad, experimenting with recipes... and still have a truckload left!

❓ Do you grow Papayas?
