Coral Hibiscus, Skeleton Hibiscus. A weeping tree hibiscus, rare and hard to find. Grows rapidly and blooms freely. Flowers look like parachutes and can be recognized by the fringed and lacy petals which are bent backward. It has slender and gracefully curved stems. Can be trained into a showy standard.

Coral Jatropha - small, miniature tree or medium size shrub. Red flowers look like corals, followed by curious yellow fruit. Exotic looking specimen plant, easy to grow, very tropical look. Drought tolerant. Can be grown in a pot, makes a nice palm-looking house plant.

Trailing and twining woody vine with long branches. The brilliant red flowers cannot be missed and are great for attracting flying insects. The species name of the plant means "evergreen" and the leaves do hold on the plant throughout the winter.

The Coratina olive tree is often grown in the shape of an inverted conical vase. Its characterized by early production and by its adaptability to different soils and climates. Highly adaptable, Coratina produces abundantly in hot dry climates, including rocky soils. Genetically, Coratina is one of the olive cultivars that synthesize the highest content of phenolic compounds. This results in exceptional oxidation stability of its extra-virgin olive oil.
Olive tree is the one of most useful trees in the world, originated in Mediterranean. Slow growing trees are extremely long-lived and tolerant of drought, salinity and almost total neglect, and so have been reliable producers of food and oil for thousands of years.

Super rare ginger! The edible flowers have pleasant, spicy fragrance and flavor. This rare specimen plant is from the collection of Mark Hooten. It has bright coral-like flowers, and finally bloomed for us in January 2025. We will be posting more pictures soon.
Species close related to Burbidgea. Riedelia coralina is so rare that published information about this species and photos are extremely hard to find. Most references to it appear in specialized collector circles rather than in widely available horticultural or botanical literature.

Mexican Coral Vine, Coral Creeper - fast-growing delicate vine with bright pink flowers. Cold hardy! Very fast growing, will cover a fence in one season. Blooms most of the year.

Coral Tree, Sunshine Tree - Variegated Erythrina with bright red coral-like flowers and variegated leaves, spectacular small tree for tropical exotic gardens. Hardy, easy to grow, semi-deciduous.

Erythrina speciosa is a tree native to Brazil, which is often cultivated and has introduced populations in Africa and India. It is a woody, deciduous shrub to small tree with trumpet like, bright scarlet to rose flowers before the trilobed leaves with prominent veins appear.

Firecracker fern, Coral plant. Bright red flowers. Low-growing shrub, distinctive for its long, drooping, usually leafless stems and the almost continuous clusters of small tubular flowers. Each plant produces many branches and is particularly effective when grown in a raised bed or rock garden so that the flower-laden stems hang down. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. Russelia will grow under both moist and dry conditions, but requires full sunlight and occasional pruning to flower well.
