Loquat, Japanese Plum. These plants are seedlings. Loquat is a very hardy subtropical fruit tree, easy to grow, drought tolerant, fast growing, small to medium size tree. Fruit are juicy delicious, resembling apricots. Seedlings start fruiting within 4-5 years, depending on conditions. Regular fertilizing speeds up fruiting to 2-3 years.

Jack-edak is a highly recommended variety grown in TopTropicals garden from a seedling of Cheena (Jackfruit x Chempedak) that fruited for us within 3 years from planting. The fruit (20-25 inches size) is probably the best we ever tasted! It is super sweet, crunchy and has a rich, pleasant, excellent flavor. It has very little latex which makes it easy to handle when cutting up. The tree produces at the very base of the trunk, so you can prune it as short as you want. Our tree survived light frosts as well as 48 hours of 3ft flooding, with no damage!

Nephrolepis species are easily grown in mild areas from full shade to partial sun. They are widely cultivated as indoor plants.

The Philodendron Red Back is a unique, compact variety prized for its vibrant, glossy leaves that transition from burgundy to deep green as they mature, and its self-heading, non-trailing growth habit.
Large, glossy leaves that change color from burgundy to deep green. Bright red stems. Self-heading, meaning it grows upright rather than trailing or climbing.
The Red Back is different from many other philodendrons because it doesn't have a climbing habit. Growing instead in a 'self-heading' manner, extending both outward and upward. Philodendrons thrive in warm and well-lit positions with bright indirect light.
Close related to and sometimes labeled as Philodendron Congo Rojo Compacta that have more cordate shape of the leaves while Red Back has ovate shape.

Pitomba is the most slow growing of all Eugenias. Fruit ripens in 4-6 weeks. Fruiting season is May-July, sometimes there is also a light Fall crop. The apricot-color, round to pear shaped fruit has soft, melting, juicy flesh with a highly aromatic slightly acid flavor. Not only color, but also taste is comparable to an apricot. The fruit is rich in vitamin C. They are good eaten fresh or made into jelly and preserves. Being very slow growing, the plant is suitable for container culture (fruit quite well in seven-to-ten-gallon-sized containers) or as a dwarf fruit tree specimen. Mature trees are quite cold hardy and take down to upper 20's F, young plants are more sensitive and need to be protected in case of frost.
