Monstera adansonii (friedrichsthalii) hybrid, possibly with M. obliqua. Window Leaf. An unusual form of Monstera with smaller leaves that have many holes. Makes an interesting indoor specimen. This is a hybrid variety. There are many hybrids in cultivation between Monstera adansonii, Monstera obliqua, Monstera friedrichsthalii.
The plants we have for sale are propagated from the exact plant you see on this picture. We do not have a named hybrid for it if the type of hybrid matters to you.

Avocado Wurtz is dwarf hybrid. It is very compact and slow growing, reaching only about 10-15 feet at maturity. Great for dooryard or container growing. The tree can handle temperatures to 25(F) degrees. Fruit is thin-skinned, 10-12 oz. The seed is small and fruit skin is smooth.
Fruits ripen green from May to September. The flavor is very good. Production is good and it is a consistent bearer.

Lila. Very cold hardy variety. Produces medium size, green fruit. Season: September-October. Don't confuse this variety with Lula, which is popular in Florida and used for rootstock (that one is cold hardy to only 25F).

Joey is very cold hardy variety, creamy, and compact - a must-have for growers in cooler zones. Joey is Type B avocado with creamy, nutty flavor and purple-black skin.
Discovered by Joey Ricers in Uvalde, Texas, Joey is a compact egg-shaped avocado that thrives even in cooler climates (surviving the teens to 20s F) and ripens from August to October. The fruit has smooth, thin, purple-black skin and rich, buttery flesh with a slightly nutty taste - perfect for guacamole or slicing.
Growing into a dense, upright tree reaching 10-25 ft, it's self-pollinating but pairs well with a Type A variety to boost yield.

Palora is Ecuadorian selection, considered the premium yellow, the most wanted variety. The pulp is smooth, intensely sweet, pineapple-honey flavor. Originates from Bolivia, Equador, Peru and Columbia. It's greatly known for it's sweet tasting fruit and exceptional flavor. Knobbed, yellow fruit sharing some similarities with the Hylocereus dragon fruit. Taste is said to be superior to most cactus fruits. The fruits are smaller than the red and white dragon fruit, and contain prominent spikes until ripening time, upon which the spikes drop off.

'Okrung' is an excellent Thai cultivar introduced to Florida in 1973. Thai-cultivar, green-yellow fruit eaten while green. The fruit is traditionally served in Thailand in combination with sticky rice. One of the most popular varieties in Thailand. The fruit is very sweet, with the highest sugar content of any mango tested in Florida. It has a strong Indo-Chinese flavor and is somewhat fibrous. The fruit are small, hand in clusters and drop off the tree when ripe.

Carambola variety Fwang Tong (Tung) - Dwarf variety with elongated fruit, 5 inches long, with long wings. Pale yellow skin and flesh. Very sweet and juicy. Flesh is firm with few seeds. Fruit ripe, when wing edges are still green. Eaten fresh, in salads, as garnishes, in drinks or preserved. Mature trees may survive light frost but young trees must be protected from frost and especially - wind. The plant will fruit in container even when in small size (2-3 ft). Season: August - March.
These plants are 1.5-2 year old seedlings and will take 2-3 years to fruit.

Carambola variety Hart - dwarf variety suitable for small backyard or container growing. Fruits are small with pale-yellow, almost white skin. Flesh is sweet and delicious. Eaten fresh, in salads, as garnishes, in drinks or preserved. Mature trees may survive light frost but young trees must be protected from frost and especially - wind. The plant will fruit in container even when in small size (2-3 ft). Season: August - March.

Diamond River variety produces multiple crops. Longan is a medium sized tree from China, it can be pruned to maintain a small tree size. This lychee relative has stiffer leaves, more wind resistance and fruits more prolifically and regularly than its famous cousin. The flesh is sweet and is usually eaten fresh but can be canned or dried. The crisp skin is easy to remove and the white flesh has a texture and sweetness reminiscent of litchi.

Loquat Gold Nugget has extra large sweet fruit. Very cold hardy fruit tree, easy to grow, drought tolerant, fast growing. Fruit are large size, yellow orange flesh, mildly sweet with very small seed inside. In Florida fruit ripens in late February-March. Fruit is great for eating fresh or making jam.

Sapodilla Hasya - extra large, football-shaped fruit native to Mexico where it is the number one commercial cultivar grown. The fruit is of excellent eating quality and it has a reddish hue throughout the pulp. The tree is a large upright grower, and it is a prolific producer of large fruit that typically weigh thirteen ounces. The fruit ripens from November to June.

This Sapodilla variety we named Thai Brownie was brought by TopTropicals from Thailand in 2005. Fruit is oval, medium size, and very sweet. The tree is a heavy producer.
This plant is a seedling and will take a few years to fruit.

Yuca root, Cassava, Manihot, Tapioca, Manioc. A tropical root vegetable, grown as a shrub in temperate zones of Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, and South America, that is harvested for its root and leaves. Super Thai variety is crispy, fruit is very large, over 35-50 lb on average. Thai favorite.

Valencia Pride is a Haden seedling selected and named in Florida in 1941. The tree is a vigorous large grower making it an excellent shade tree complemented by an exceptionally attractive fruit. Relatively cold hardy variety.

Kilo White Guava. The fruit is very large (up to a kilogramm, hence the variety name), round, contains few seeds, and has soft white flesh when ripe. Guava is a good tropical fruit tree not fussy on the soil quality, and produces fruit year after year. It is relatively cold hardy. Requires regular watering. Great container plant, will fruit in a pot in small size.

Van Dyke is an eye catching Florida cultivar which enjoys wide acceptance throughout Europe. The fiberless fruit has a rich sweet flavor that is both spicy and sweet. Its excellent disease resistance is complemented by exceptional color. The original tree grew from a seed likely planted in the 1930s on the property of Mrs. Madeline Van Dyke in Miami, Florida. For decades the parentage of 'Van Dyke' was unknown, though a 2005 pedigree analysis estimated that Haden was the likely parent. The fruit is of oval shape with a rounded base and a bluntly pointed apex. Most fruit will also contain a small lateral beak. They average under a pound at maturity, with smooth yellow skin color and bright red blush. The flesh is yellow with minimal fiber, and has a rich and sweet flavor and aroma. It contains a monoembryonic seed. The fruit typically ripen from June to July in Florida, and production is considered to be good. Van Dyke is moderately fungus resistant.
Van Dyke trees are vigorous growers with open, spreading canopies.
