Tommy Atkins is a Haden seedling selected in Florida. It has become the most extensively planted export mango in the New World and it is the benchmark of the commercial mango industry. It's color, disease resistance, and storage qualities appeal to merchants and consumers worldwide. It has is somewhat fiborous which makes this fruit easy for storage and shipping. The fruit ripens June to July.
