The fruit is oblong, with a smooth greenish to bright yellow skin, red blush on the shoulders, overlaid with large white dots and a heavy wax coating. 12-20 oz. The deep orange flesh is firm and juicy, with some fiber. Flavor is rich, aromatic, spicy, with distinctive tropical and coconut flavor notes. Very good for fresh juices.

Serissa japonica (syn. Serissa foetida) - Outer-Variegated Red Stem Snow Rose.
One plant, two beautiful looks! This unusual Serissa is a special red-stem selection with seasonal variegation. During warm summer growth, the tiny glossy leaves may appear mostly green. As cooler winter weather arrives, creamy-white margins develop around the leaves, creating a striking variegated look.
Also known as Snow Rose or Tree of a Thousand Stars, Serissa is a compact, finely branched shrub prized for bonsai and containers. Tiny leaves, reddish stems and abundant star-shaped white flowers give it plenty of character even without training.

Francis is a Haitian Mango. A traditional dessert mango from Haiti. The fruit are saber-like in shape, with an undulating and naturally waxed skin. The size of the fruit is from 1 to 1.5 lb., with a bright yellow color at full maturity. The dark orange somewhat fibrous flesh is soft and juicy with a rich, spicy and sweet flavor that speaks of the Caribbean. 'Madame Francis' is one of the few specialty mangos available in the United States for a number of years. The tree is open growing and vigorous, with large, light green leaves and moderate anthracnose tolerance. It is generally one of the first mangos to ripen during the season and often produces multiple crops here in Florida and throughout the tropics.
