Variegated Spiral Ginger. Originally from South America, this ginger is very popular in Hawaii and Florida. The actual name is C. arabicus variegata and it is labeled Costus amazonicus variegata almost everywhere. Spiraling stems rise with a strong white variegation and topped with elegant pure white flowers with yellow centers. Takes both sun and shade, moist soil and lots of water.
This is a spectacular addition to your shade garden!

Plumeria Moon Light is soft, luminous, and elegant, with a gentle glow that gives the flower its name. The petals open in creamy white to pale ivory tones, surrounding a warm yellow center that radiates outward like soft light.
The petals are slightly twisted and layered, creating a more complex, almost sculpted look compared to classic flat plumeria forms. This gives the flower a fuller, more textured appearance, especially when blooming in dense clusters.

Plumeria Lueng Kob Chompoo is a vibrant, warm-toned variety with a striking tropical glow. The petals open in soft pink shades, blending into a rich orange-yellow center that radiates outward with a smooth, fiery gradient.
The color contrast is strong but well-balanced, giving the flower a lively, sunlit appearance. Petals are broad and slightly rounded, forming a clean, classic plumeria shape with a full, open look.
This variety feels energetic and eye-catching, perfect for adding warmth and color to any garden. It stands out especially well against green foliage thanks to its glowing center and pink outer tones.
The name Lueng Kob Chompoo comes from Thai words meaning "yellow center with pink edges," directly describing the flower's color pattern.

Honey Kiss mango referred to as honey kiss, due to its rich, thick honey tones. This mango is a yellow/green color outside with a little red blush to it. It has a fibreless flesh which is a deep orange tone, somewhat reminiscent of the golden color of pure honey. This variety can also be container grown as a condo or patio mango tree if you live in a colder climate or if you wish to keep the plant to a more compact size. Late season tree. It will fruit in clusters much of the time and is a heavy, reliable, bearer.

Sonpari Mango (Son Pari) is a hybrid of Alphonso, one of the best tasting mangos. The fruit is 5 to 5.5 inches long, weighing about 16-20 oz. Son Pari is medium large, yellow outside and orange inside. This mango has a good turpentine like flavor but is not as rich as a Bombay or other Indian mangoes.

Monroe inherited from its Guatemalan-type parent some degree of cold hardiness. In addition, the trees produced a large, elliptical-shaped fruit with good eating qualities and were good producers. These traits helped establish Monroe as a commercial cultivar in Florida. Legend has it that "it was found in Homestead, Florida on a cool dark rainy night after a meteor crashed into an abandoned plantation."

Utuado is a city or area in Puerto Rico... So this variety is from Puerto Rico. The tree is dwarf, great choice for small compact gardens that try to be hurricane-proof! This tree fruits December - January.

Pollock is an excellent eating early season avocado from South Florida. It is a West Indian variety. The fruit can weigh 18 to 40 oz. It is pear shaped with smooth skin and available in July until late September. Pollock avocados usually are not grown for commercial use because of their size and tend to produce a small harvest, although the taste is excellent.

Bernecker is West Indian variety. Fruit is ellipsoid-spheroid; medium to large size, 14-22 oz, skin light green to green, smooth, flesh good to excellent quality; seed medium size, tight in cavity; harvested late July through August.

The Story says: "Catalina is an amazing avocado floated across from Cuba, 60 years ago just before Fidel Castro took over the Island Nation. Wise Cubans jumped into the ocean to escape the Castro regime and tossed in some favorite scions for us to enjoy here in the States. We owe a great debt to poor old Don Miguel Cruz de la Santa Maria Espinoza Sanchez Alvarez Jr. who sadly was lost at sea. His amazing scion wood, wrapped in cellophane and aluminum foil floated over, washing a shore on Miami Beach. His shiny little package was miraculously picked up on the shoreline and immediately grafted and cared for by keen eyed avocado lovers in Miami". So be sure to think about this story every time you eat a Catalina!
Catalina is a very nice mid-season pear shaped fruit that is especially rich and creamy. It is extremely popular variety in South Florida in the Cuban Community.

Val Carrie mango (Valcarrie) is a Florida hybrid of Valencia Pride and Carrie, combining strong growth with excellent eating quality. The fruit is medium to large, with yellow to golden skin when ripe. Rare and hard-to-find, Dwarf Hawaiian is a wonderful star fruit for containers since it produces an abundance of sweet, pale yellow fruit once it reaches 2' in height. The fruit is as large as any commercial variety and it has a high sugar content and delicious flavor even when grown inside.
These plants are 2 year old seedlings and may take couple years to fruit.
