How to make an improved Avocado sandwich.

  💚 Ingredients:

• · 1 ripe avocado
• · 2 slices of your favorite bread (whole grain, sourdough, etc.)
• · 1 small tomato, sliced
• · 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
• · A handful of fresh spinach or arugula
• · 1-2 tablespoons of hummus or mayonnaise
• · Salt and pepper to taste
• · Optional: A squeeze of lemon juice, red pepper flakes, or a fried egg
