Hydrocotyle umbellata unusual umbrella shaped leaves are very intriguing. It will grow as a vigorous groundcover for moist soils or it can be submerged in shallow water. Good for ponds and wetlands. This plant forms large colonies of mat-like growth.

Ingesting the leaves may cause nausea.
