Sorbaria sorbifolia, commonly known as False Spiraea, is a deciduous shrub native to Northeastern Asia and Japan. This plant can be used for bonsai, and can reach a height of 5-10 ft tall. It prefers full sun to semi-shade, and requires moderate water for best appearance, although it is drought tolerant.
