Job description / Responsibilities:

Skills and requirements:

- ability to focus on details and follow directions
- physically strong, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- must be able to work outdoors in Florida summer heat
- drug-free (drug test and background check upon employment)
- not a talker
- own transportation to/from work and valid drivers license
- experience working with plants is a plus

Compensation:

Start at $11-13 / hour based on experience + Quarterly bonus. Pay raise based on performance.

2. Plant nursery maintanance - OPEN

Job description / Responsibilities:

- Plants maintenance (weeding, fertilizing, trimming, planting, repotting)
- Garden and greenhouse maintenance (mulching, planting trees, pruning)
- Full time or part time with flexible hours, you may pick your own schedule including weekend days

Required skills and qualities:

- Hard working, dependable, not a talker
- Ability to focus and follow directions
- Physically strong, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in Florida summer heat

Job duties include:
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff members, take and distribute accurate messages
- Provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment
- Coordinate tasks and feedback between management and other employees
- Handle confidential and non-routine information and explain policies when necessary
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain office filing and storage systems and retrieve information when requested
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
