Lychee Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 cups fresh lychee flesh, peeled and seeded (or canned lychees, drained)
• 1/3 cup sugar or honey
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

• Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
