  • Complete catalog download: leave the "find" box blank, then hit SEARCH (note that we have thousands of plants and photos and it may take a while to dowload the whole thing!)
  • To limit search: check one or more checkboxes, then hit SEARCH. You may leave "find" field blank if not looking for particular name.
  • To search by one characteristic only, simply click on appropriate pictogram and search result will show all plants that correspond this characteristic.
  • Search mode can work as "OR" or "AND", chose whether you'd like to see all of the checked characteristics/words (AND), or just any of them (OR).
  • Latin (scientific), common name or keyword search: type the name/word (must be at least 3 characters) in "find" box, then hit SEARCH. The search results will show all articles that contain entered word(s).
  • Part of the name may be entered if you are unsure of the spelling (for example: hibi for hibiscus). The search results will show all articles that contain this part of word.
  • The Search is NOT case-sensitive: enter any letter case, for example HIBISCUS, hibiscus or even hiBisCUs
  • Search results: chose how many plants you want to see per page by chosing "items per page" number. Plant profiles are designed with 200x200 px thumbnail photos, optimized to 5-10K each pic for faster download.
  • Click on "next page" to see more results.
  • Click on image to enlarge thumbnails within your search results.
  • For faster downloading: you may check the "don't show pictures" box to see plant profiles only (no pictures), or check "show as list" box to see a plain list of names that correspond chosen characteristics.
