- By Phone:. We accept orders over the phone. For urgent
assistance regarding changes in your order, shipping address
verification, etc. please email us and we will get back to you shortly.
Remember that you can always check your order status 24/7 from Order Status Page.
- By Fax: You may fax your order using the order
form.
- By Mail: Mail us your order along with your payment. You may print out
your shopping cart contents with shipping address entered in required
fields. We are unable to process your order without your name, address, and
items names as they appear in OUR online store. You may use the order form as well.

Plant ID: small files only please! Messages with attachments over
2 Mb of total
size may be rejected by our mail-server. You
don't have to be Adobe Photoshop expert to scale your images down.
Many freely dowloadable programs can do that. Small 600x400 file is as
good as 3000x2000 for plant identification. We appreciate your cooperation and will be happy to help.
Please note that we specialize on tropical and subtropical plants only.
Do not seek advice from us on non-tropical plants.

- Online Store page has full availability list! This online price-list is updated daily. If there is no price - the item is not available for sale.
- Plant Catalog is for information only. If you don't see the price - the plant is not for sale!
- Backorder items: use wishlist feature to get an automatic notification when the item is available
- Shipping cost. The ONLY way to find it out is to use online shopping cart
to automatically calculate actual shipping
cost which depends on particular plant (size, weight)
and destination. Select item in the shopping cart, select state, press "Add shipping" button. Here it is!
- Payments.
- Credit card. Please do not e-mail your
credit card information! It's not safe. Pay online via our secure
server, or call us if you prefer to speak to somebody.
- Checks. If you would like to mail your order/payment, please print out
shopping cart contents with shipping address entered in required
fields.

- Order questions. You may check your
order status 24/7 from Order
Status Page. Otherwise, you may
questions or concerns regarding your order, and they will be
answered in order they've been received. Don't forget to include your
order number, your name and location!
- Order changes and claims. All changes in existing orders, as well as claims on accepted orders (within 3-day period) are excepted ONLY in written form: email or fax. Don't forget to include your
