Variegated variety of Katuk, Tropical Asparagus. Delicious young shoots! It is one of the most popular leaf vegetables in South Asia and Southeast Asia and is notable for high yields and palatability. The shoot tips have been sold as tropical asparagus. In Vietnam, people cook it with crab meat, minced pork or dried shrimp to make soup. In Malaysia, it is commonly stir-fried with egg and dried achovies. It is among only a few flora containing vitamin K.

The fruit as basketball sized round when ripe and it fruits on the many limbs instead of just the leader. Compatible in texture and flavor to the Gold Nugget with a dwarf growth habit and fruit. Mid, July-Aug fruiting season.

Pagoda Flower. Rare variety with off-white to yellow flowers. This rare variety with off-white to yellow flowers is one of the most impressive flowers of Florida winter season. We have this plant growing in our frond yard under the oak, in shade, and it keeps blooming all winter long! This variety seem to be hardier and more vigorous than regular red variety. It is also very drought tolerant, we never water it! The plant produces lots of root suckers so it spreads with time, but this is the great feature for the location: it covered an ugly wall, and its lush large leaves are such a tropical addition to the landscape. Highly recommended for shaded locations that can use both color and green.

Marmelade Mussaenda - flower looks so tasty, you wanna eat it! This mussaenda is a hybrid between M. philippicca Dona Luz x M. flava and is named in resemblance a brilliant sunset of yellow peachy colors. It is very vigorous hybrid that grows quickly to 7 to 9 feet. The shrub is covered with showy yellow and salmon deepening to yellow and orange sepals. They are smaller than many other hybrids, but they are very showy on the bush.

This variety is the true wild form and not a man made cultivar. One of the great things about it is it is easier to grow and less finicky. It is the mother of all cultivars.
Spathoglottis plicata is the most popular terrestrial (ground dwelling) orchid. Softly textured, pleated leaves to 3Ft long emerge in February from egg-shaped pseudobulbs about 2" in diameter. Flowers open a few at a time at the top of the stem and each stem can last for months. In Sri Lanka to the Pacific Islands it blooms throughout the year. S. plicata was among the first plants to recolonize the land around Mt. Krakatoa after this mighty volcano exploded in 1883 and decimated the Indonesian island of Krakatau.

VERY RARE! White Bat Head Lily, Bat Flower, Devil Flower, White Tacca. Native to Brazil, this rare tropical plant has bright red flowers that uniquely emerge directly from the stem. Relatively cold hardy, it can be planted in-ground, preferring shade or filtered light. This rare variety was originally selected by Pablo Lara. Mature trees are loaded with nice big juicy fruit. It is a cool looking fruit when they ripen. Fruit is truly red when ripe, they weigh between 1 and 2 lbs and are very good. Ripen in August-September.

Wise is a classic South Florida mango with roots going back to the post-1930s boom in mango breeding. Originating in the Miami area, it is one of those lesser-known cultivars that quietly stood out for its excellent eating quality but gradually faded from commercial production over time. Today, it is considered a lost or rare variety worth rediscovering.
The fruit is medium-sized and nearly round, with smooth skin and attractive coloration when ripe. Inside, the flesh is yellow, juicy, and very low in fiber-often completely fiberless. Governors plum, Madagascar Plum, Batoko palm - is a tropical or subtropical small shrubby tree. It is cultivated in tropical regions as a hedge plant and for its deep red acid fruits resembling small plums. The fruits are about one inch wide and can be eaten fresh or made into preserves. They are sweet and sour, with a texture and flavor similar to a plum. Fruits mature after one to two months from flowering.
The tree is easy to grow, self-fertile and doesn't require much care, not fussy about soil and very forgiving if you forget to water it.
Seeds germinate readily, but it takes a while until the seedling is ready to be transplanted into a big pot or in the ground, a few months.

Bo-Tree, Sacred Ficus. This large deciduous tree is sacred to the Hindus and Buddhists, under which Budda received enlightenment. This fast growing tree usually begins as an epiphytem (air plant, grows on trees) but develops roots to support its height of ninety plus feet. The Bo-Tree has purple figs and is different from other species, because of its slender, long leaf tip. Can be grown as bonsai.

Jackfruit J-31. Open, spreading, fast growth habit. Often off-season fruit; tree easily pruned to maintain small tree (~8 ft). Deep yellow fruit that is firm. Sweet rich flavor, earthy aroma. Fruit rarely splits and has excellent texture.

HoneyMoon - Unique variegated guava with the sweetest fruit we ever tasted. Fruit is medium size, pear-shaped, variegated (white/green striped) outside when unripe, turning bright yellow when ripe. Beautiful striped red-and-white flowers are highly fragrant. Fragrance is the most intense you can imagine and is much better than all jasmines and gardenias all together.
The plant is very similar to plumeria in growth habit (and is close related to Plumeria). It grows into a small tree. Unlike Plumeria, it is evergreen in warm climate.

Red Jaboticaba Vine is also popular in Brazil as La Vinotinto.
