Flowers cover the whole plant sometimes. This plant excudes on stems and leaves, and after the liquid dries out, it leaves very attractive chrystals, shining in the sunlight. Prefers filtered light and high air humidity. Very cold sensitive plant.

Pavonia x gledhillii is a 19th Century hybrid of Pavonia makoyana and Pavonia multiflora.
