- Plant Catalog is for information only. If you don't see the price - the plant is not for sale!
- Backorder items: use wishlist feature to get an automatic notification when the item is available
- Shipping cost. The ONLY way to find it out is to use online shopping cart
to automatically calculate actual shipping
cost which depends on particular plant (size, weight)
and destination. Select item in the shopping cart, select state, press "Add shipping" button. Here it is!
- Payments.
- Credit card. Please do not e-mail your
credit card information! It's not safe. Pay online via our secure
server, or call us if you prefer to speak to somebody. We can accept payments on the
phone, however, for faster processing and accurate spelling of your
billing and shipping address, we recommend you to use our shopping cart with secure online payment.
- Checks. If you would like to mail your order/payment, please print out
shopping cart contents with shipping address entered in required
fields.
We are unable to process your order without your name, address, and
items name as they appear in OUR online store.

questions or concerns regarding your order, and they will be
answered in order they've been received. Don't forget to include your
order #, your name and location!
- Order changes and claims. All changes in existing orders, as well as claims on accepted orders (within 3-day period) are excepted ONLY in written form: email or fax. Don't forget to include your
