The cat must be a ferrel cat (scarred of humans) or a kitty cat you found that was living on the streets.
If there is a kitty in your neighborhood that you or someone else feeds give a call to get fixed & all do their shots for free.

LCDAS provides free spay neuter for pets of owners on public assistance who own cats, Pit Bulls, and Pit Bull mixes. Owners must pay for the cost of the county license. LCDAS also provides free sterilization for feral outdoor cats through a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program. If you do not qualify for public assistance, please see one of the low-cost clinics below.
