The small shrub-like plant Lilium sp. (Lily) typically grows to a height of 2-5 feet and can be grown in USDA Zones 4 -10. It prefers full sun but will also tolerate some shade. It requires regular water but it has good drought tolerances and can thrive with moderate water. The beauty of these plants come in the form of pink, white and off-white, unusual colored red, crimson and vinous and yellow, orange flowers which are often fragrant and attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
