This rare hybrid of Pinanga is a new discovery from the rainforests of Sarawak, Malaysia with beautifully mottled leaves and unusual blue fruits when ripe and widely spaced leaflets. Prefers warm Tropical/Subtropical climate. A must for a rare palm collector, a show stopper! Blue is not a very common color in a garden, and more unusual when seen on a palm. These infructescences really stand out and attract a lot of comments. This palm is an easy grow with an attractive habit.
