Live plant - is the best present, and as usual, around Christmas time we are overwhelmed with gift orders. It's a big challange to ship gazilions of orders all in one time, so your friends and family can appreciate your warm gift just in time. Let's make it happen!

This year, we are going to improve our Christmas Presents delivery process so everybody will be pleased with prompt and high quality service.

PLEASE PLACE YOU CHRISTMAS ORDER NOW and it will be shipped in your convenience, by the date that you requested in your order comments. This way, you can be sure your present will be delivered with no delays during busy Christmas Season. Please do not forget to make a note that this is a present by adding "Christmas gift" note in your order comments field, with a preferred date of shipping.

• Please place your gift orders beforehand. All gift orders placed before December 10 will be shipped on requested date.
• Remember it takes normally 3-4 days for the postal service to deliver, and during holiday season some delays may take place.
• Christmas Eve, December 24 is Saturday, please make sure your gift will be delivered by Friday, December 23 the latest. However, the Postal Service will be extremely busy, and we strongly recommend your gift orders to be shipped no later than a week prior: outgoing before Friday, December 16.
• All orders placed after December 10 will be shipped on "first come - first served" basis and some delays may occur. Due to high volume of orders during Christmas time, we can not guarantee the gift order to be shipped on certain date if it was placed after December 10.
• If your gift order was placed after December 10, we can expedite it for extra charge of $20.
• We can not guarantee exact day of delivery, because this is beyond our control and depends on the carrier. However, we can guarantee exact shipping date and encourage you to allow few extra days for shipping. Friday, December 16 or earlier should be the best time for outgoing mail.
