Champaka, or Joy Perfume Tree, with orange / yellow flowers, is regarded as one of the most sacred trees of India and tropical Asia. Its flowers exude a divine fragrance that is exceedingly pleasing to the Gods... and women!
The flowers from this tree are used to make the world's most expensive perfume Joy and smell like fruity bubble gum, you can't stop sticking your nose in this flower! In the ground, it grows to 15-20' in height, but it can be easily kept in a pot. It is a tropical tree, however established plants can tolerate light freeze. Yellow Champaca is much more cold tolerant than var. Alba.
This is hands down the best perfume tree for a Southern landscape.

Mansoa alliacea (Cydista aequinoctialis) - Garlic Vine. This is one of the most rewarding flowering vines that you can grow, unless that you are a vampire. Interestingly enough crushed leaves smell like garlic. It is one of the most wanted winter-flowering vines. When in full bloom, it looks like a cascade of blue-purple over a fence or trellis. Deep lavender flowers with white throat fading to a paler lavender within a few days, and you can see all three colors on the plant at the same time. Winter-Spring bloomer, it will also have some flowers on and off throughout the year. The vine has moderate growth rate and can stay compact in a pot as a specimen, and even can be grown as a house plant. It can tolerate some light frost.

Orange medinilla, Orange Spike. These flowers look like they came straight from a coral reef! Bright orange stems burst into star-shaped blooms that mimic glowing underwater branches " but they're blooming in your garden or home instead. Exotic, rare, and totally unforgettable. Compact and easy to grow - stays under 2 ft tall. Glossy dark leaves highlight the vibrant orange panicles. Grows in light shade or filtered sun. Brazilian plume, Brazilian red cloak - blooming size plants. This small to medium size shrub has large leathery leaves and spike of crimson to mauve flowers. It is amazingly hardy for such tropical looking plant and can survive light freeze without damage.

Miracle Fruit - unique fruit makes sour taste sweet.
It is one of the strangest tropical fruits. The miracle is that if lemon or other sour food is eaten after the miracle fruit, the sour tastes sweet, as if sugar has been added. A natural chemical in the fruit masks the tongue sour taste buds so that lemons taste like lemonade or lemon pie, or lemon candy. The sweet sensation lasts for half an hour to a few hours.

Monstera adansonii (friedrichsthalii) hybrid, possibly with M. obliqua. Window Leaf. An unusual form of Monstera with smaller leaves that have many holes. Makes an interesting indoor specimen. This is a hybrid variety. There are many hybrids in cultivation between Monstera adansonii, Monstera obliqua, Monstera friedrichsthalii.
The plants we have for sale are propagated from the exact plant you see on this picture. We do not have a named hybrid for it if the type of hybrid matters to you.
