Coconut Coir - 1/2 cu ft. Make perfect mix in minutes! This Block shaped product makes 100% Natural Eco-Friendly Potting mix with high water retention. This is amazing stuff - clean, sterile, perfect consistency. It is a very cost effective way to go, with easy wet expansion. Many gardeners chose coco over peat simply for price: you get much more product with this for your money than you could ever get with peat moss. But what is most important, Coconut fiber never rots so it is an excellent media for seeds germination, propagation projects, recovering barerooted plants and simply healthy growing plants. It repels bugs and is mildew resistant. Just add water, and mix it with Perlite for best results. Once water added, it expands in minutes, but you may leave it soak for a few hours or even overnight.
Expands to 17 gallons of Mix. You can either make the whole thing at once or else take a knife or saw to it and mix up the amount you need.
