Very rare species, that we have seen only in private collections or botanical gardens. It is a very useful vigorous, dense evergreen shrub that can grow 20x20 ft if not trimmed (or smaller with pruning) and stays full even in deep shade - great for use as a screen where the available width is present. The form is round-headed with a medium to fast growth rate and a coarse texture. Flowers are showy white with yellow spots in the spring.
