Trachelospermum Jasminoides doesn't even need very much care. After it's planted it will take around 6 months to establish itself. After it is established just water it a few times a week. Fertilize in early Spring for better blooms. It really doesn't need very much attention to grow and flower just so long as it doesn't dry out for too long. I wrote about it on my blog http://gardenoftomorrow.com/jasmine-2/trachelospermum-trachelospermum-asiaticum-confederate-jasmine-5/.

I highly recommend getting a few of these and growing them up a trellis or related structure!
