Trachelospermum asiaticum 'Minima' Family: Apocynaceae Dwarf Confederate Jasmine, Minimound Origin: South-East Asia This dwarf variety of Trachelospermum asiaticum has very small leaves with more compact growth than the common variety. It is valued as a nice ground cover plant, container plant, and can be used for bonsai. Growth rate is slow. Glossy tiny leaves in bright light turn red when young. White flowers with yellow centers are also very fragrant but smaller than those of regular full size variety. Drought tolerant and will survive light frost.
